This is truly a fishing adventure!
Travel by four wheel drive with our experienced guide to a deserted beach and camp there of exciting shore fishing. This is ideal for fly and lure fishing. You can catch a variety of fish including giant bluefish, brassy travelly, snapper, big bream, milkfish and permit.
Five days fishing
It takes one day car driving to Hasik. There after we fish along the shore for three days. One of the days we fish from a boat. One day driving back to Salalah. In Salalah we stay at a arabian hotel for the rest of the week. In Salalah we fish from boat one half day and from the shore.
Equipment
Big fish demand big gear! That’s why we provide a top quality rod and reel that manage rough fights to minimize the risk to loose any fish. But you are welcome to bring your own equipment, especially your fly fishing gear but also a lighter spinning rod could be fun to bring. Take surface lures like poppers. A small rule; the bigger lure the bigger fish will bite. Silver spoon lures with weight at least 40 gr is also a must. For fly fishing, an 8 to 10 weight rod and any flashy profile. For light tackle spinning, a 10-20 lbs rod with small spoons or poppers. Other equipment – We will provide all camping equipment and food. You will need to bring suitable clothes for a week on the beach, including a wide brimmed hat, sun block and strong shoes for climbing over the sharp rocks.
Price per person
Groundprice for the fishing is 750 Omani Rial. Includes: All transports. Fishing guide. Two half day fishing with boat in Salalah. Accommodation, food and non alcohol beverage. One top qualit rod and reel. Bring your own lures!
Additional: Extra half days with boat in Salalah cost 200 Omani Rial, in Hasik it cost 100 Omani Rial.
Additional: Transport to Salalah. For example: Flight Arlanda-Salalah both ways (aprox. 400-700 Euro depends on acess).
